I have many daffodils.
Tall and short, yellow and white, white and white, orange and white and even some doubles.
I love them all, but one type always stands out the most and shines the brightest.
Even though it is the tiniest.
I love it that there are clusters of them all over my gardens.
My parents gave me a pot of them blooming one spring over two decades ago.
I have been dividing them and sharing them for over twenty years.
They are like little spots of sunshine.
Tete a Tete is the cutest daffodil in the world.
It is a miniature Narcissus. Its name comes from the fact that many stems have two flowers.
They look like they are having a little chat.
I would like to mention the unusual vase that belonged to a dear friend Beth.
It has a eight-parted, fluted, clear glass vase and a silver stand decorated with roses.
She would love to know that I have shared it on my blog.

A lovely vase! And the daffodils are the cheeriest flowers. The little one looks like a jonquil. Such sunny colours.

Your daffodils are so pretty. They are very difficult to grow in my area, so I’m really enjoying yours.

If I could I’d replace every daffodil in the garden with drifts of the miniature ones. I think they’re lovely.

The great thing is they don’t topple over like the big ones. They look like little bouquets all around the garden.

Un grand merci pour ce bouquet de jonquilles. Ce jaune est ravissant et appel au printemps.
Hier, dimanche, j’en ai aussi photographié dans un parc.
Mes amitiés 🙂

I love these dainty daffodils! If you ever need to thin them again, I would love a bulb or two!

… For oft, when on my couch I lie
In vacant or in pensive mood, 20
They flash upon that inward eye
Which is the bliss of solitude;
And then my heart with pleasure fills,
And dances with the daffodils.

Thank you for this lovely reminder of Wordsworth’s , Lonely as a Cloud poem. I took my parents on a driving tour of my small city last week. We saw hundreds of Dancing Daffodils on the campus of the school where I formerly taught. The wind had them all dancing. It was beautiful.

Oh, spring is a bit earlier where you are! In the mid parts of Sweden where I live, it’s still another month, at least, before any daffodils.

I love them all and I’m dancing with them through my own garden these days. 🙂
