If I had not come home yesterday and taken my camera out into the gardens, I would have missed the Magnolia blooms.
Magnolias do not wait. They do not linger until noticed. They bloom and brown in their own time.
I did come home. I did take my camera out in the afternoon.
The blooms are brown this evening.
Beware of wasted time and missed opportunities.

Wow, that was quick! I didn’t realize they were so short-lived. I’m used to the northern ones that linger a bit longer in the cooler air.

Wise advice.. Today I took my own camera out to record blooms before they were spoilt by rain coming in tomorrow… Lovely captures Flow.. x

Yes Audrey. I only spend a few days a week at home. My garden and the weeds carry on without me.
