Bunnies and Blooms in the Gloom

We have had three cold, wet days here in NC.

Neither I nor the bunnies have played outside.

They have kept busy chewing sticks, barbering each other,

eating, napping and tearing up their box.

I have played with my inside plants.

My Christmas cacti collection will be blooming for weeks to come.

I am so thankful for their vibrant colors.

I am just sharing today’s showoffs up close.

When it stops raining, I will be going outside to photograph all the bloomers that are still braving the elements.

It’s the least I can do for these tenacious plants.

  1. Your bunnies look cute as heck! Question on the cacti, if i bring mine inside to enjoy, how often do I need to water them? They have set but and are ready to start opening. It’s become cold here (cold for us Californians 😁 its in the 50s and 60s, heater is on inside the house – for reference). Any advice will be helpful. Thanks!

  2. Bonjour Flower, comme j’aime vos lapins, ils sont adorables et vos merveilleuses sont une réussite. C’est magnifique 🙂
Je suis désolée de mon absence, mais j’ai eu une grosse sinusite.
    Mes amitiés.
